mepcoobill.com collects as little as possible.

We do not ask you to register, and we do not ask for your CNIC, your card details, or any banking information. A bill lookup needs only your reference number or consumer ID.

The number you type is used to open your bill on the official PITC portal. We do not store it on our servers. If you tick “Save number on this device”, it is kept in your own browser using local storage, on the device you are using, so you do not have to retype it next month. Clearing your browser data removes it. Leaving the box unticked removes it too.

Your bill itself is served by the official portal, not by us. What that portal does with your visit is governed by its own terms, not ours.

We use basic analytics to see which pages people read and where the site is slow. That data is aggregated and does not identify you.

We do not currently show advertisements. We may add Google AdSense in future. If we do, Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads, and you can manage that at google.com/settings/ads. We will update this page before any ads appear.

We do not sell or share your information.
