About Us

mepcoobill.com is a small independent site that helps people in the MEPCO region check their electricity bill without hunting for the right link every month.

You can enter your 14-digit reference number or your 10-digit consumer ID here, and the checker takes you straight to your bill on the official PITC portal. We do not hold a copy of your bill. You read it on the system that issued it.

Alongside the checker we explain the parts of the bill people ask about most: what each charge and abbreviation means, how to find your reference number if you have lost the paper copy, how to print a duplicate, how to read your twelve-month history, and how to file a billing complaint through CCMS and take it further if nothing happens.

We built this because the process is harder than it needs to be, particularly for anyone doing it on a phone. Everything here is free, and nothing requires an account.

We are not MEPCO and we have no connection to it. We cannot change your bill, take a payment, or act on your complaint. Where those things are needed, we point you to MEPCO and NEPRA directly.

If something on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will fix it.
